Year-End Siyum Celebration
On the final day of the school year, talmidim, alumni, faculty, families and friends gathered to celebrate the Torah learning accomplishments of the bochurim this year. Twenty-one students made a siyum on Mesechas Bava Matziah and Meseches Rosh Hashana.
The joyful atmosphere and lavish barbecue was a fitting conclusion to an incredible year full of learning and achievements.
Thank you to volunteers Yitz Kashnow, Eitan Banks, Jerry Kampler, Eitan Milgram and Mayer Kahan whose hard work ensured the event’s success.

Bein Hazmanim Learning Kollel
Alumni-Organized Learning
Learning at Yeshiva Ohr Yisrael does not end at graduation. This summer, a group of alumni can be seen Monday-Thursday mornings at the Kollel of Greater Boston, engaged in the YOY Yeshiva Bein Hazmanim Learning Kollel. Learning Meseches Brachos the participants are highly engaged, dedicating significant time to be part of this summer learning on weekday mornings.

Summer at YOY Kicks Off
The energy is back at 325 Reservoir Road! Yeshiva Ohr Yisrael’s summer evening programs launched this week with record-high enrollment and enthusiastic participation from boys entering 6th through 8th grade.
This summer, our offerings have expanded to four evenings a week. The science program, which runs on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, has boys engaged in learning new topics and real-world problem solving.
Monday and Wednesday nights feature Learning, dinner & Basketball, a popular session that blends Torah learning, delicious food, and time on the court with friends.
The ruach has been incredible. The boys are happy to be here, arriving with great attitudes, and it’s been a joy to watch the school come to life again over the summer months.

It’s all thanks to you.
As we look back on a year filled with learning, growth, and achievement, we are filled with sincere gratitude for the dedicated friends and supporters of Yeshiva Ohr Yisrael.
Your steadfast generosity makes it possible for our students to benefit from an outstanding education in both limudei kodesh and general studies—one that equips them with the knowledge, values, and skills to thrive beyond high school and contribute meaningfully to the world around them.
Thank you for being such an integral part of our mission. We are deeply appreciative of your continued partnership!
